Becoming The Splendid Company:
We are a small, woman-owned shop that started in 2012 by Donna Owens. We began as as home-based candy shop called Splendid Sweets Co. Our confectioner has been making traditional hand-stirred fudge for over 30 years, along with other tasty treats like chocolate-dipped "Marshies", cookies and fruit barks. Along with making candy for gift-giving, Donna developed a love (okay, okay...obsession) for Tea Towels - and the more quirky and whimsical they were, the better! You will always see a heavy Tea Towel inventory in the shop.

More about our founder and launching The Splendid Company: Donna's always been somewhat of a free-spirit, a whole bunch of an overachiever, and a dynamic gift gifter...so with that combo and drive, she started curating home goods, and other gifts to make people feel extra special. It wasn't long before she launched The Splendid Company.
14-Day Return Policy
The Splendid Company wants you to love your purchase as much as we love our customers! If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Certain items, such as food items, perishable goods, pre-order products, and personal care items are not eligible for return.
